A powerful place to start is by creating a simple two-minute grounding routine. Before stepping into practice, rehearsal, or competition, pause and take five slow, intentional breaths. As you breathe, name one personal strength you bring into this moment and one intention for how you want to perform. This practice helps shift your focus from outcome-based fear to purpose-driven action.
